Campaign reporting your board will actually read

Creator campaigns produce dozens or hundreds of publications, and somebody has to prove they worked. Our reporting module tracks every post automatically, turns raw metrics into a readable story and exports it to PPTX or XLSX in one click, while your team watches results accumulate live.

A publication tracker that feeds itself

When a creator publishes, they submit the post URL in their panel and the tracker takes over: views, reach, likes, comments and saves are collected per publication and refreshed as the campaign runs. No screenshots from creators, no manual copy-paste by account managers, no numbers frozen on the day someone remembered to check.

Metrics with context, not vanity dashboards

The dashboard aggregates results by campaign, market, platform and creator, so you can answer real questions: which formats carried the campaign, which markets outperformed, which creators to rebook. Publication-level detail is always one click away when a stakeholder asks where a number came from.

Comment sentiment from our semantic analysis module flows into the same reports, adding a qualitative layer next to the reach figures.

One-click PPTX and XLSX exports

Every report exports to PPTX for the meeting and XLSX for the analysts. The PPTX arrives presentation-ready with campaign summaries, highlights and publication galleries; the XLSX carries the full data table for your own models. Both pull from the same live data, so the deck and the spreadsheet never disagree.

A live view, not a monthly surprise

Clients follow results in the portal while the campaign is still running: publications appear as they go live, metrics update as they accumulate. Mid-campaign course corrections become possible because you see the trend on day five, not in a wrap-up report six weeks later. Internal costs and margins stay out of the client view, so the portal is safe to share internally.

FAQ

Which metrics does the tracker collect?

Per publication: views, reach, likes, comments and saves, alongside the post URL, creator, platform and publication date. Aggregations by campaign, market, platform and creator are built on top, and comment sentiment can be layered in from the semantic analysis module.

What export formats are available?

PPTX and XLSX, generated on demand from live data. The PPTX is a presentation-ready campaign report; the XLSX contains the underlying publication-level data for your own analysis. You can export at any point during the campaign, not only at the end.

Can our team watch results during the campaign?

Yes. The client portal shows publications and metrics live as they accumulate, so you see momentum building rather than waiting for a wrap-up. Everything in the portal is client-safe, which means you can share the view with your own stakeholders.

Do creators have to report their own numbers?

No. Creators submit only their publication link; the tracker collects metrics automatically from there. This removes screenshot chasing, keeps numbers consistent across the whole campaign and means the data in your report was measured the same way for every post.
