Creators: the fastest ways to reach us
Not a member yet? Use the application form on the join page. It collects everything our recruitment team needs, and every application receives a personal response, so it doubles as first contact.
Already in the Club? Log in and write to us directly in your creator panel. Messages there land with the campaign manager or recruiter who actually handles your case, which beats any general inbox. For questions about a specific campaign, use the message thread inside that campaign card.
Brands and agencies
If you want to run a creator campaign with NanoBuzz, the best starting point is the proposal request form at nanobuzz.agency/request-proposal. Tell us about your brand, markets and goals, and our business development team will come back with a tailored approach. Existing clients can also reach their account manager through the client portal.

We work from three locations in Poland. Meetings at any office are by appointment, so please arrange a time with us first.

For general matters you can write to kontakt@nanobuzz.agency, spelled out here on purpose so you can copy it into your own mail client. We reply on working days, typically within two business days. Campaign-specific questions from Club members are answered fastest in the app, where your campaign context is already attached.
