Campaign management from kick-off to closing

A creator campaign is a hundred moving parts: candidates, approvals, packs in transit, drafts, deadlines, publications. Our campaign management module puts all of it on one board with five clear phases, so at any moment everyone, including you, can see exactly where the campaign stands.

Five phases, one board

Every campaign moves through the same phases: kick-off, planning, implementation, review and closing. The board shows which phase the campaign is in and what remains before it advances, replacing the classic status meeting with a screen that is simply always right.

  • Kick-off: goals, markets, budget frame and timeline locked with the client
  • Planning: casting from the CRM, client shortlist approvals, briefs finalised
  • Implementation: packs shipped, content created and approved, publications going live
  • Review: metrics consolidated, sentiment analysed, learnings captured
  • Closing: final report delivered, payouts settled, campaign archived to history

Candidate statuses without spreadsheet archaeology

Every creator candidate carries a live status: proposed, client-approved, invited, accepted, pack shipped, draft submitted, published. When you approve a shortlist in the portal, statuses update instantly for our whole team. Nobody emails anybody to ask whether creator number 34 confirmed; the board already knows.

Shipments tied to the campaign, not a courier tab

Product logistics runs inside the same view. Address collection, packing at our Łódź logistics centre, courier handover, tracking and delivery confirmation are all statuses on the campaign board, connected to each creator's timeline. A delayed pack automatically explains a shifted deadline instead of surfacing as a mystery two weeks later.

Time tracking and operational discipline

Our team tracks work time against campaign phases, which keeps internal effort measurable and campaigns honestly scoped. For clients, the visible benefit is predictability: phases advance when their work is genuinely done, estimates improve with every campaign, and the closing report arrives when the plan said it would.

FAQ

What phases does a campaign go through?

Five: kick-off, planning, implementation, review and closing. Each phase has defined outputs, from approved shortlists in planning to the final report in closing, and the campaign board always shows the current phase and what remains before the next one.

How closely can we follow progress as a client?

As closely as you like. The client portal mirrors the campaign board in a client-safe view: current phase, candidate statuses, shipment progress and publications as they go live. You can check daily or just approve at the gates; the data is live either way.

How are shipments handled inside the campaign?

As first-class campaign objects. Address collection, packing, courier tracking and delivery confirmation are statuses linked to each creator, run from our own logistics centre in Łódź. Logistics problems surface on the board immediately, with deadlines adjusted transparently.

What happens at closing?

The campaign is wrapped deliberately: final metrics and sentiment consolidated into the report, exports generated in PPTX and XLSX, creator payouts settled on time, and results archived into the CRM history, sharpening the shortlists for your next campaign.
