Apply
Fill in the free application with links to your profiles. A real person on our recruitment team reviews it, usually within a few working days.
Get matched
Campaign managers match member profiles to live brand briefs. When a brief fits you, an invitation lands in your app with scope, deadline and compensation stated upfront.
Read the brief
The brief spells out what the brand needs: formats, key messages, dos and don'ts, and disclosure rules. You accept only if it fits your content.
Receive your pack
If product is involved, our logistics centre ships your creator pack by courier with tracking, so you know exactly when it arrives.
Film and upload
You record in your own voice within the frames of the brief and upload the draft straight from your phone in the app. No file transfer gymnastics.
Review in the app
The campaign team reviews your draft in the app and leaves feedback pinned to timecodes, so you see exactly which second a note refers to.
Publish
Once approved, you publish on the agreed date with proper ad disclosure and submit your link in the app.
Get paid
Paid campaigns settle according to the e-contract you signed in the app. Barter campaigns settle with the product, exactly as labelled in the invitation.
Matching instead of a job board
NanoBuzz Club does not work like a marketplace where hundreds of creators bid on the same listing. Our campaign managers match briefs to member profiles based on niche, audience, language and past collaboration quality. That means you do not spend evenings writing pitches: campaigns come to you when the fit is real.
Every invitation is optional. You see the task, the deadline and the compensation model before you decide, and declining never counts against you. There is no fixed rhythm of invitations either: it depends on which campaigns are open and what brands are looking for, and we would rather say that plainly than promise a steady stream.
Content review, honestly described
You upload your draft from your phone, directly in the app. Reviewers respond with comments attached to specific timecodes: for example a note at 0:07 about the product name, or one at 0:19 about a claim that needs softening. That precision keeps revision rounds short, because you never have to guess which part of the video a comment means.
Most drafts need at most one round of changes, but some need more, especially in regulated categories. The review exists to protect both sides: the brand gets content that matches the brief, and you publish material you will not be asked to take down later.
Publication, reporting and payout
After approval you publish on the agreed date with clear ad disclosure and submit your link in the app. From there our platform collects campaign results for the brand's report, so you do not have to send screenshots for weeks afterwards.
Payout terms are part of the campaign terms you accepted, and the e-contract you sign in the app with a one-time code states them in writing. If anything about a payment is unclear, support in the app is the fastest route to a human who can check your specific campaign.
FAQ
How long does it take from applying to the first campaign?
There is no fixed timeline. Application review usually takes a few working days, but the first invitation depends on which campaigns are open and how well your profile matches them. Some members get an invitation within days, others wait longer.
Do I have to check the app constantly?
No. Invitations arrive as notifications, and each one states its response deadline. Checking in when you get a notification is enough.
What if I disagree with review feedback?
Reply directly under the timecoded comment in the app. Reviewers are open to arguments, especially about tone and phrasing in your voice. Brief requirements such as disclosure or mandatory messages are not negotiable, and the brief says which is which.
Can I see the compensation before accepting?
Always. Every invitation states whether the campaign is paid, barter, paid plus product or a product loan, along with the amount or product value, before you accept anything.
What happens if I miss a deadline?
Tell the campaign team in the app as early as you can. A shifted deadline can often be handled if flagged early, but silent no-shows affect which campaigns you are matched to later.
