Creator Academy: practical education for nano and micro creators

Creator Academy is the free education arm of NanoBuzz Club. Every guide is written by people who run hundreds of brand campaigns a year, so the advice comes from briefs, shipments, publication trackers and payment runs, not from theory.

What Creator Academy is

Creator Academy is a growing library of free, long-form guides for creators who post on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. We built it because the same questions kept arriving from Club members: how does the algorithm actually rank my video, what should I charge, do I owe tax on a barter pack, which mic should I buy first.

Instead of answering one message at a time, we write the answer down properly, test it against what we see across live campaigns, and publish it here. No paywall, no upsell inside the guides, no locked chapters. Education makes creators better at the job, and better creators make better campaigns.

Who writes it and why you can trust it

The authors are the NanoBuzz campaign team: the people who brief creators, review drafts, track publications and read the comment sections afterwards. Across a year that means hundreds of campaigns for brands like ORLEN Paczka, NutriBullet, NIVEA and NEONAIL, and a community of 20,000+ creators across 25+ European countries.

That vantage point matters. When we say a certain hook style holds attention, it is because we watch retention graphs on real branded videos. When we describe how fees are negotiated, it is because we agree fees upfront on every campaign we run.

How the guides are structured

Every guide follows the same skeleton so you can skim or go deep: a plain-language explanation of how something works, a set of concrete steps you can apply this week, realistic examples with numbers framed as illustrations rather than promises, and a short FAQ at the end for the questions people actually ask.

Guides are dated and updated when platforms change. If TikTok reshapes its ranking signals or Poland adjusts a tax threshold, we revise the guide rather than leave stale advice online.

  • Plain-language theory: what the platform or rule actually does
  • Step-by-step practice: what to change in your next post or invoice
  • Illustrative examples: realistic ranges, never guarantees
  • FAQ: short answers to the most common follow-ups

Who it is for

The Academy is aimed at nano creators (roughly 1k-10k followers) and micro creators (roughly 10k-100k) who want brand collaborations to become a steady part of their creative life. You do not need to be a Club member to read anything here.

If you are already working with brands, start with the pricing and tax guides. If you are still building your account, start with the algorithm and filming guides. If you are curious about tooling, the AI guide shows what to automate and what to keep human.

Start with these six guides

We keep the library curated rather than endless. These six guides cover the core skills of a working creator: getting distribution, getting paid fairly, staying legal, and producing content brands approve on the first review.
