E-contracts signed in the app, confirmed with a one-time code
When you accept a paid campaign, the e-contract appears in the app before any work starts. It states the scope, the deadline, the compensation and the usage rights in the same terms as your invitation, because the invitation is where those terms were fixed. You sign electronically by confirming with a one-time code sent to you, so the signature is tied to you and time-stamped.
The signed contract stays available in the app for as long as you need it. No hunting through email threads for an attachment from months ago: your agreements live where your campaigns do.
How payment actually flows
Payment terms are part of the contract: the amount, the settlement form and the payment schedule. After your content is published and verified in the app, settlement follows the contract terms. If a payment is late against its own contractual date, support in the app escalates to a human who can check your specific case and give you a concrete answer, not a template.
Barter campaigns settle with the product as described in the invitation. There is no cash payout to wait for, but the same rule applies: what was promised in writing is what you get.
Product logistics you can watch
Campaign products ship from our logistics centre by courier with tracking, and the tracking is visible to you in the app. If a shipment stalls, arrives damaged or does not match the brief, you report it in the app with photos and logistics handles the fix. A product problem is never a reason for you to film with something broken or to lose the campaign through no fault of your own.
Your data and your GDPR rights
NanoBuzz operates under the GDPR, and your rights are not fine print. You can access the data we hold about you, correct it, export it and request deletion. The consents that govern what brands see are granular and reversible in the app at any time.

What if I never receive the product?
Report it in the app. Because shipments are tracked from our logistics centre, a lost parcel is visible in the data and it is our job to resolve it, whether that means a replacement shipment or adjusting the campaign timeline for you.
Do I need a registered business to sign and get paid?
No. The settlement form is agreed per campaign and many Club members settle without a registered business. What is available depends on your country; the contract states the applicable form before you sign.
Who sees my personal data?
The Club team operating your campaigns, and brands only within your granular consents: audience statistics and track record, never private messages or payment history. Full details are in the privacy policy.
What if a brand asks me to work outside the app?
Keep campaign agreements, uploads and approvals in the app. The process protects you precisely because everything is documented in one place. If anyone proposes side arrangements around a Club campaign, flag it to support.
