Why connect your statistics at all
Campaign managers match briefs to profiles, and verified statistics make that matching dramatically more accurate than screenshots ever could. Connected stats show your real audience: demographics, engagement, view patterns. A creator with 8,000 followers and strong saves in a beauty niche is exactly what some briefs need, and connected data is how that brief finds you.
Verified numbers also protect you. Screenshot-based claims are easy to fake, so brands discount them. Data connected at the source carries weight, which means your genuine engagement is finally worth what it should be.
Granular consents, not a blanket grab
Consent in the Club is not one giant checkbox. You decide, category by category, what the platform may access and what brands may see, and you can review or withdraw those consents in the app at any time. Withdrawing a consent limits what matching can do for you, but it is your call, always.
- Profile basics: platforms, niche, language and market, the minimum for any matching
- Audience statistics: demographics and engagement metrics used to match briefs accurately
- Campaign history: your delivered collaborations in the Club, visible as track record
- Media kit visibility: whether your generated media kit can be shown to briefing brands
What brands actually see
Brands briefing NanoBuzz see aggregated, consent-covered profile data relevant to their campaign: niche, audience shape, engagement quality and past campaign delivery. They do not see your private messages, your payout history or anything you have not consented to share. After campaigns, the platform's reporting for brands covers published content and its results, including comment sentiment as part of campaign reports.
Your profile as a media kit
Every complete profile in the Club can be exported as a media kit: your niche, platforms, audience statistics and selected past collaborations in a clean, shareable format. It works for campaigns inside the Club and just as well for direct deals outside it, which is deliberate: a Club membership should make your whole creator business more professional, not lock you in.
Keep it current. A media kit with last spring's numbers reads as neglect, and updating takes minutes because the data is already connected. Our Academy media kit guide covers what to highlight for your tier and niche.
FAQ
Do I have to connect my statistics to join?
You can apply without full connection, but matching runs on data, so an unconnected profile receives fewer and less accurate invitations. Connecting with granular consents is the practical middle ground: share what matters for matching, keep the rest private.
Can I withdraw a consent later?
Yes, at any time, in the app. Withdrawal applies from that moment on. The trade-off is honest: less shared data means less precise matching, but the control is yours permanently, as GDPR requires.
Will brands see my earnings from other campaigns?
No. Compensation is between you, the Club and each specific campaign contract. Brands see delivery track record and audience fit, never your financial history.
What does the media kit actually contain?
Profile essentials, connected audience statistics you have consented to share, and selected collaborations you choose to showcase. You control the selection, so a media kit for a beauty pitch can look different from one for a tech pitch.
Is my data sold to third parties?
No. Your data is used to match you with campaigns and to report campaign results to the brands you work with, within your consents. Details are in our privacy policy, written to be readable.
